Dr. Mo works hands-on with community leaders and advocates to bring forth Public Health knowledge of illnesses, preventative care, and mental health issues. She collaborates with communities for group meetings, workshops, seminars and conferences addressing issues that impact the well-being of individuals and the community. Her topics focus strongly on Intimate Partner Violence, Youth Reformation from violence, Women's Health, Workplace Wellness, Mental Hygiene and others. Awareness is key, change is secondary and resolution is the optimum solution.
Dr. Mo delivers Personal Development conferences for educators who are apart of Title I schools, to help identify student areas of concerns (i.e., suicide ideation, sex trafficking, prostitution, bullying, transition issues, and abuse). She works with CEOs, Directors, Managers to implement and address Workplace Wellness focusing on Mental Health and she provides both hands-on and virtual classes for health awareness topics such as Diabetes, Suicide Ideations, Depression, Signs of IPV, and others they help to enlighten awareness of health issues.
As a Doctor of Public Health, Dr.Mo lectures at corporate events, community organizations, colleges, and universities, working to identify and analyze the social determinants and behavioral risk factors associated with any number of public health issues.
She has a strong focus on social and behavioral health, which are components of mental health areas such as IPV, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, behavioral and school issues.
Preventative health measures are addressed during each engagement as well, as she results and solutions to health matters (i.e., diabetes and childhood-obesity), and others.
